We aim to complete all repairs within 5 working days from vehicle drop-off. Repairs are usually complete within 2 to 3 days, providing parts are available.
We only require insurance details if you intend on claiming for your damages through your insurance company.
Ideally we would like to complete a 'paintless' dent removal. Only if the paint is cracked, damaged or if the metalwork has been completely deformed would we resort to using fillers and paint.
